CBD Realty Partners was founded in 2017 by Collin Lasater, Brad Cruickshank and David Drake “CBD” to capitalize on over 60 years of combined experience. Based in Fort Worth, we know our way around the state, from small towns to the big city, we consider ourselves “locals” no matter where we go. Specializing in single-tenant pad site developments, we have over 60 years combined experience in the real estate industry.
