Collin Lasater has over 20 years of experience in the development, tenant representation and sales/leasing of retail properties throughout the United States. Collin began his career with The Woodmont Company a Fort Worth-based real estate development, management and brokerage firm. While at Woodmont, Collin was an integral part of the development team focusing on the leasing and sale of numerous shopping center projects with a specific focus on grocery anchored properties and pad site development.
After working with Woodmont for ten years, Collin formed Gambit Realty to act as the leasing arm for Margaux Development. Collin’s relationships with national credit retailers including Kroger, Albertson’s, Aldi, Academy and several others secured numerous development projects throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In 2009, Collin transitioned his focus to tenant representation and pad site development by forming Align Realty; with this new venture, Collin specialized in the site location for numerous retailers including Quiktrip, McDonald’s and Whataburger. Collin’s experience in this arena has been instrumental in Quiktrip’s expansion program in Dallas/Fort Worth.
Brad Cruickshank has over 20 years of experience in the acquisition, disposition and financing of single tenant investment properties. Brad’s experience stems from ten years as a Senior Vice President with The Woodmont Company, a Fort Worth-based real estate development, management and brokerage firm. While at Woodmont, Brad led the firm’s Investment Sales division focusing on the sourcing and disposition of single tenant retail properties throughout the United States.
Prior to entering the brokerage area, Brad worked as a financial analyst with Invesco Realty Advisors; a Dallas based pension fund advisor, where he was responsible for the creation of complex financial models and partnership structures of institutional real estate investments. Brad graduated from the University of North Texas with an MBA in finance and real estate analysis.
David is a real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the development of single-tenant retail properties, site acquisition and brokerage. Prior to co-founding CBD Realty Partners, David worked with one of the nation’s leading single-tenant real estate developers where he oversaw development functions throughout the United States. He also spent 8 years with McDonald’s Corporation, where he and his team were recognized for numerous awards, including Outstanding Real Estate Manager and National Development Team of the year.
In his day-to-day role with CBD, David wears many hats but mainly spends his time working on site acquisition and overseeing the development process for each client. David is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Resource Management.
Working with CBD has enabled me to keep my organization’s overhead low by not having to employ a full-time development team. As the “de facto” development arm of my organization, I am able to keep my focus on operations while trusting them to deliver new restaurants on time and under budget.
